As a subsidiary of this strong organizational structure, xoumt.com supports the group’s digital growth through its e-commerce operations. We are now looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager who will lead and enhance our digital commerce activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage all end-to-end e-commerce operations of xoumt.com
• Develop and execute strategic plans for online sales channels (website and marketplaces)
• Oversee product listing, pricing, campaign planning, and stock optimization
• Collaborate with digital marketing teams to create sales-driven strategies
• Prepare KPI reports, performance analyses, and improvement action plans
• Work closely with logistics, supply chain, and customer service teams
• Conduct market, competitor, and trend analyses to identify growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce management or digital commerce
• Preferably experienced in companies operating in import–export or international trade
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and marketplaces (Shopify, WooCommerce, Trendyol, Hepsiburada, Amazon, etc.)
• Proficiency with analytics and performance tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta/Google Ads)
• Strong analytical thinking and result-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
• Must reside in Istanbul
